These figures show that the training work has not met the demand and commensurate with the potential of the industry. In this context, Hoa Sen University (HSU) offers solutions and shares business models to improve the quality of human resources in the logistics industry. The university aims to build an ecosystem of training and human resource development, including: the state, schools and businesses.

Recently, HSU invited Dr. Nitya Nanda - Director of the Institute of Social Development Council of India attended the seminar with the topic "Overview of the global economy" and Dr. Dipankar Dey (India Techno School of Management Studies) presented on "Logistics in Global Supply Chains". The speakers all shared in English so that the majors could supplement their professional knowledge and improve their foreign language skills.
